Walking past the Orange Juice as I headed towards the milk I was after my peripheral caught something different and I had to investigate... 100% juice from concentrate and/or Puree's with only abscorbic acid added, though the Orange Peach Mango also had Grape juice concentrate added. Correct me if I'm wrong but I should check the acid and adjust and the SG and adjust then put enough of one or the other juice into a carboy and add yeast, no need for peptic enzyme. Or am I wrong?
