A cool, beautiful day, with cloudless sky and bright sunshine, was the setting for a very pretty wedding early this morning, when at half after eight o'clock in St. Mary's Catholic Church, Miss Marie GUILLOZET, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. John GUILLOZET, of Greene and Harrison streets, was married to Mr. Leo MONNIN, of Russia, Ohio.
The ceremony was performed by the Rev. John F. COGAN, pastor of the church, two brothers of the bride, who are stud ... ying for the priesthood, serving the Mass, and Miss Mary HANEY playing the Lohengrin Wedding March. Mr. MONNIN, the bride grooms brother, acted as best man and the ushers were Mr. Leonard GUILLOZET another brother of the bride, and Mr. Louis HIGGINS, her brother-in-law.
The bride, who is a petite blonde was exquisite in a beaded gown of white Crepe Romaine over cream satin, her long veil held becomingly about her face with a wreat of orange blossoms. She carried a sower bouquet of bride's roses combined with pink roses. Her sister, Miss Monica GUILLOZET's brunette beauty was enhanced by a striking dress of yellow organdie, and an armful of back-eyed susans and she made a picturesque bridesmaid.
At noon, a wedding dinner was served to seventy-five guests, love cake being features of the decorations. Later Mr. and Mrs. MONNIN left for a motor trip to Villa Nova, where they will spend their honeymoon, expecting to be away ten days, and upon their return, they will be at home on the bridegroom's farm near Russia, where a nicely furnished home awaits them. Many gifts were received by the happy young couple. Mrs. MONNIN for the past three years has been associated with Dr. S. R.
